With an MBA from one of the most prestigious universities in Latin America (EGADE – Tec de Monterrey), and more than 15 years of work experience in managerial and executive positions (both governmental and private sectors), Silvia was always moved by her passion to become a change agent and facilitator to find solutions for the development of people and organizations.
She now coaches and trains individuals, executives and leaders to enhance their talent and ability to inspire and motivate their teams, to increase performance, to develop new projects and to get the results they really want.
She is an Internationally Certified Meta-Coach and Team-Coach by The International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS), Life Coach by the International Coaching Community (ICC) and Executive Coach by Reencuadre and ITESM, as well as a certified NLP Master Practitioner. She has trained with some of the best International and Latin American trainers in the area of Coaching, NLP, and Neurosemantics (Michael Hall, Colin Cox, Omar Salom, Jose Merino).
With a 4 years experience as a Team Leader in several Coaching and Meta-Coaching Certifications, she was appointed Regional Director of the Meta-Coaching Foundation in 2009 where she promotes and ensures the quality of the Meta-Coaching Community.
She links her passion for Coaching and Training to the passion for Performing and Teaching Flamenco Dancing. These two activities have perfectly merged into the perfect metaphor for her life as the “Dance of Change”.
Whether in the professional or in the personal areas she thrives to help others understand and balance their life so as to find inspiration to become the best they can be.
